I know what it is to be a busy woman, running around taking care of everyone else, which is why I use a unique training system that gives maximum results in minimum time. Sessions are an hour, 3 days a week, and results are felt in the first 4 weeks.

You’re busy, I get it. But amongst all the running around you do for everyone else you’re thinking it’s time you did something for you.

As women our default position is to take care of everyone and everything else before we take care of ourselves. We don’t prioritise our own wellbeing because somehow that seems selfish. Instead we’re always waiting until everything and everyone else is OK before we take some time out for us. But that time never comes and we end up burned out, fed up and out of shape.

Add to that the destructive narrative that women are writing for themselves that to like the way we look, to enjoy our bodies and feel good in them, is somehow arrogant or flashy and we have a recipe for stress, lethargy and zero body confidence.

As women we are under constant pressure to look a certain way, not too long ago the fashion was visible collar bones and hips, now it’s oversized bums and tiny waists.

Let’s Change The Narrative

Aside from the fact that a lot of the pictures you see on social media, in magazines etc are not real – they’re photo-shopped or use clever angles and lighting, designed to make us feel bad about all our inadequacies – I want each of my clients to feel beautiful in their own skin regardless of what society says and I do this by helping each of them reach their own unique potential.

Sexy is a feeling rather than a pre-determined ideal. When the curves start to show and the weight starts to drop, when the energy increases and the stress decreases, our confidence shines through and we instantly become more attractive, to ourselves and others.
Let’s change the narrative

When was the last time you and your girlfriends had a conversation about how happy you are with how you look? How you feel? How much energy you’ve got? Even when you’ve been dieting really hard and managed to shift a few pounds it’s hard to take a compliment.

What if you shifted all the pounds? And your body changed in the most delightful way? What if you had tons of energy and actually looked forward to your next gym session?

What if, when your friends commented on how great you look, you replied ‘yes I feel great right now!’ and in turn they were motivated to feel the same way?

We would start a whole new movement of happy, confident women.

And what if we passed that movement on to our daughters? Amazing.

It’s Time To Do You

So there you are busy taking care of everyone else, promising yourself that when this is over, you will relax for a bit. Once X is resolved you’ll take some time out. And so on and so on. Meanwhile your energy depletes, you’re stress increases and you’re in worse shape than ever.

How can we give others 100% if we’re only firing at 50% ourselves? How can we take care of everyone else if we’re tired and have no energy? We can’t! Not with a full and happy heart anyway. Training is about so much more than ‘just getting fitter’ it’s about stress relief, endorphins (the happy hormone), increased energy levels (and sex drive!), improved health, and longevity.

It’s about looking AND feeling great!

Strong is The New Sexy

A woman’s strength is often determined by her ability to deal with stress, run a household, keep things together in a time of crisis, deal with loss, childbirth! and so on. Rarely are we determined by our physical strength. Indeed, physically we are the weaker sex (science proves it – because, testosterone – and that’s OK) but just because we are weaker it doesn’t mean we have to be weak.

And if you’re thinking ‘I don’t want to be strong, I just want to be sexy’ they are the same thing.
The age of long gruelling cardio sessions is coming to an end and the fitness industry is finally waking up to the fact that in order to create a great looking, healthy body that requires MORE calories to sustain it, you need to do something different.

That something different is what I do with my clients.

Using a unique (and proven) system designed to build muscle in all the right places, my clients actually eat more and still lose weight. Or put it on, if that’s their goal.

You invest in your family, partner, kids, home, friends, job without a second thought. What if finally invested in yourself? What if you knew that investing in yourself would have a positive affect on the rest of your life? The fact is, when we’re functioning well, everyone benefits. When we’re happy, have more energy and confidence, when we feel great, EVERYONE benefits.

With so many plates in the air, it makes sense to outsource you health to someone who already has all the answers. Searching on Google or following the latest trend on Facebook is going to get you nowhere because the fitness industry is under constant pressure to come up with new ideas to make money. One month it’s Zumba, then it’s Spin and HIIT, the list goes on.

The problem with these types of exercise is they raise your heart rate temporarily, and make you feel good, but the effects don’t last long and over time they can actually do more damage than good by burning away important muscle and lowering your metabolism.

And then there are the fad diets; low carb, high carb, shakes, juices. The problem with fads is they are just that. They last a few months and then it’s on to the next big thing, which will cost you another load of money whilst simultaneously debunking the very thing they were selling you last week.

I run ladies only group sessions in a gym environment. Groups are limited to 5 and spaces fill up quickly.
