Science Says Do This To Be More Attractive

I read an article today called 6 Science Backed Ways To Become More Attractive.

It looks at Darwin’s sexual selection theory which suggests we are programmed to look for certain signs in prospective mates to help us decide whether or not they’ll make a good partner.

And by partner it means can a man provide and protect and can a woman reproduce.

Although a teeny tiny bit outdated now, this is still the way we are biologically programmed to look for a mate, because millions of years of evolution doesn’t get wiped out in the hundreds of years it’s taken us to build supermarkets.

Want to guess what Number 1 was?

Get fit.

Obviously!

We’re all more attracted to someone who is fit and healthy and takes good care of themselves, right?

Because a fit person will survive longer than an unfit person.

And that’s as true today as it was back in the days of the cave dwellers.

Just because we’re no longer running away from real life dangers, dealing with modern day stresses is much easier when you’re fit and healthy than when you’re not.

But getting fit and in shape isn’t just about attracting a mate.

It’s about feeling good about yourself for yourself.

Because nothing beats looking in the mirror and liking what you see.

Or feeling strong and capable in your every day life.

Or having the confidence to do things you’ve never done before.

(Which happens to be number 2 on the list.)

All of which comes from having a strong, healthy body.

To be strong, confident and sexy is the goal I have for all my clients. Whether they have a mate, want a mate, or are happily single.
