Everyone was sick!
Last night’s group session was a bit flat.
Flatter than flat to be honest.
Normally everyone is excited and chatty.
But last night all five of my women were feeling under the weather; exhausted, stressed, sick, ‘just not quite right’, one was even recovering from food poisoning.
But despite all this, two amazing things happened:
1. They all turned up.
2. They all completed their workouts.
Why?
Because cancelling on someone else is much harder than cancelling on yourself.
And getting through a tough workout is much easier when you have others cheering you on.
The only bad workout is the one you didn’t do!
I saw that on a meme somewhere.
It’s not actually true.
I see people doing ‘bad’, ineffective, time wasting workouts all the time.
But I digress.
My ladies got the job done and all felt better for it.
No skipped workouts = one more day of progress getting closer to their goals.
This is what happens when you have accountability, motivation and a programme that works all sorted for you.
Which is what I do for you 🙂
