My Client Hasn’t Lose Any Weight!
Connie has been working with me for 12 weeks.
(Although she said herself we can rule out December so it’s actually more like 8 weeks of consistent training).
In that time Connie hasn’t lost any weight. In fact she’s actually gained a kilo.
But she’s looking much better as a result!
Why?
Because what she has lost is 11cm of fat, most of which is from around her waist, giving her that much sought after hourglass figure.
Connie’s story is important because most of the women I talk to say they want to lose WEIGHT and they have a number in their mind they want to see on the scales.
However, what they really want to lose is FAT and that has nothing to do with what the scales say.
If you lose a pound of fat and gain a pound of muscle the number on the scales will stay the same, but you will be smaller than you were before.
Which is why I take body measurements and before pictures of all my clients, so we can keep an eye on the progress that really counts.
