I know what you’re thinking.

Is it really June already?

January felt like it would never end.

I can’t remember February at all.

March came and went.

April, May…

Yes it’s really June already!

Which means…

OMG it’s nearly SUMMER!

Well…

I’m going to be totally honest with you.

If you haven’t started already, it’s too late for Summer 2019.

But bang on for Summer 2020.

Charlotte has been training with me for just over a year now. She’s missed a few sessions lately due to work commitments, but it doesn’t matter.

She’s already put the work in; training three times a week consistently, so now she has a baseline strength and muscle mass and can afford to miss a session here and there.

Not only does she look better, she feels better too.

Gym is a way of life for Charlotte now, because when the results become apparent it’s self motivating and not only will she continue to look and feel even better – her long term health will benefit as well.

Next summer might feel like a long way off but look at it this way; it’s really June already!

I can’t guarantee results for everyone. I will show you the way but you must show up and do the work.

What I can guarantee is that if you continue to do nothing, nothing will change.
